Package
Standard Package The standard package includes EIGHT full sets of black line drawings on regular bond paper. Additional sets may be purchased under the "Options" section below.	$1,400.00
1 Set Of Reproducible Vellums This option provides one plan set printed on editable and reproducible vellum paper. This option includes a limited license to produce as many copies as needed to build one home and allows the purchaser to modify the vellum sheets without a complete redraw.	$1,750.00
Cad Files This package include the Computer Aided Design Files (CAD) so that you may seek local designers to make changes to the original plan files. This package alos includes the rights to make changes to the original plans for one build. File type is DWG. Or DXF.	$2,450.00

Foundation Options
If the foundation type you need is not shown as an available selection, please use the "Plan Customization" section at the bottom of this page to describe your needs. We can design an optional foundation plan according to your specifications.
Basement Basement plans consist of poured concrete or concrete block foundation walls extending below grade and allowing for additional habitable space beneath the main floor level of the home. This foundation type is a good option for extremely sloped lots. Common applications are waterfront lots where the basement would allow walk-out from a lower level or a drive-under garage.

Art Work Front elevation color rendering and floor plan renderings on 8½ x 11high resolution photo paper.	+$150.00
Digital Art Work Front elevation color rendering in a high resolution digital file format delivered on a CD. This option allows the purchaser to print unlimited copies of the digital artwork.	+$175.00
Framing Take-Offs An estimated list of the structural framing lumber and sheathing.	+$125.00
Reverse Set Plan will be reversed in a mirror image of the original plan. All text and dimensions will appear backwards.	+$75.00
Right Read Set True Reverse Plan, all text dimensions and drawings are true to its orientation.	+$250.00
One Time Reuse A limited license allowing the customer to construct another home using the same plan.	+$250.00
Extra Sets x $75.00 Additional plan copies are available for any plan purchase within 60 days of the original purchase.	+$75.00
