This Story and a Half house plan features a main level guest suite with window seat as well as a study with private entrance making it an ideal home office. From the front porch you enter through any of the three operating atrium doors into the colonnade which leads you to the different areas of the home. The master suite is located upstairs as well as two secondary bedroom suites that share a Jack and Jill bath and sport large walk-in closets. Both bedrooms also feature walk-out dormers which provide a bit of dimensional flair.
