Customizing an AVID Plan

AVID specializes in producing prompt and reasonably priced plan revisions.  Most AVID plans may be revised.  Minor revision work is typically completed within 7 working days.  

To obtain a customization quote before purchasing an AVID plan, make note of the plan number and contact your local AVID Market Manager or call A Vision In Design at 704.849.8181 to discuss your revisions or set up a free interactive web conference.   

If you accept the customization quote, your plan will be shipped when the customization work is complete – typically in a few days, not the weeks or months required by our competitors.    

If you decline the customization quote, you may choose to have your plan shipped "as is" without the customization.  If you have already purchased the plan,  you may request a full refund of the plan purchase price so long as it has not been shipped.
