We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license for use of the drawings solely by you for your own internal business or personal use. All drawings are the property of AVID and are protected by copyright under both
Client Responsibility; Limitation of Damages
It is the responsibility of you and your contractor to verify all lot conditions and dimensions prior to proceeding with construction. It is also your responsibility to obtain any and all structural analysis, engineering and specifications that may be required in the municipality in which the home is to be built. Without limiting the general disclaimer below, we assume no liability for any home or structure constructed from the drawings.
You and your contractor are responsible for compliance with your local building codes. Local building jurisdictions may require that lateral analysis or other engineering services be performed. These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local building codes and other requirements. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions to the drawings. All structural work, notes, details, etc. should be handled by truss plants and/or plants and/or registered engineers in accordance with local building codes. Without limiting the general disclaimer below, we assume no liability for changes or modifications made to the drawings, whether made by ourselves or others.
THE DRAWINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
