Shipping & Returns
All stock plan orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days of the receipt of your order. You must add to this the time required for the shipper to deliver your plans. The time required for shipping will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. The time required for shipping is beyond the control of AVID.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted once the plan package has been opened. If the plans do not meet your needs and the package has not been opened, you may return the plans for a full refund less any applicable shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange your unopened plan package, you may do so by returning the set first purchased and paying the 20% restocking fee, along with any difference in plan costs and shipping and handling charges for the second set of plans. No plan may be returned or exchanged later than 90 days following the date of purchase. Please call 704-846-1277 with any questions or concerns.
