AVID is an e-Commerce based stock and custom home plan company with the added features and benefits of a conventional storefront business. AVID's business focus is the repeat sales of residential building plans to professional building contractors with a secondary target market of retail customers looking for a single plan for the construction of their personal home.

- We provide the personal service of local Market Managers located in individual markets who are available to assist the builder with plan selection, meeting with homeowners, and making and submitting mark-ups for revision.

By submitting your work to AVID, you will have AVID Market Managers making sales calls and marketing your designs directly to building contractors in markets all across the
AVID Featured Designers can earn generous commissions based on a set percentage of the sales price excluding the fixed cost of shipping and tax. All work submitted to AVID will be juried before acceptance into the AVID library of plans. A signed "Design Marketing and Licensing Agreement" is required before accepting work for posting to the AVID library.
