AVID Staff Designers 

 A Vision In Design (AVID) is seeking qualified residential home designers.  Qualified individuals should possess at least 2 years of residential design experience using computer aided drafting (CAD) software, be self starting, and prepared to work in a fast paced production environment.  Experience in the operation of Softplan is preferred but not required.  Additional skills should include basic MS Office software operation, particularly with MS Word and MS Excel.  Rendering and 3-D modeling skills are a plus.

 AVID Market Managers 

 A Vision In Design (AVID) is seeking qualified Market Managers to represent our company in the sales and marketing of our library of building plans to builders and prospective retail customers.  Interested individuals should be very knowledgeable of residential design, extremely proficient in reading blueprints, and be sales and goal oriented. Experience in CAD design is preferred however the position does not involve actual CAD design work.  AVID Market Managers are entrepreneurs working to grow and develop their own sales and marketing business with top quality products and services that are in high demand.

 AVID Market Managers are responsible for all sales and marketing activity within their territory.  This includes consultation with residential building contractors, realtors, and prospective retail customers.  Current employment in building materials sales, residential design, or any other business with an existing builder clientele is a definite plus.
